WINDFALL SYNOPSIS
January 1968: 64-year old mining magnate and entrepreneur, Viola MacMillan is found guilty and sentenced to prison. Her crime? Being a successful woman in a male-dominated industry.
In Windfall, Viola transports the audience to the height of her success and relives an important interview with a young Maclean’s journalist, Christina McCall - all the while grappling with her new reality during the first hours at Toronto’s Don Jail.
